happy thursday :)Today begins Day 1 of my diet. I am hoping to lose....a shit ton of weight.
Todays menu is as follows:
Slim fast for breakfast
orange cream yogurt as a snack
Slim fast for Lunch
Apples and caramel dipping sauce for snack
Baked italian Chicken with carrots and broccoli.
A little hard core I know, but thats how I roll. I am determined and would appreciate any support I can get :)
